About NovaNOVA (Hebrew acronym for: Management and Academia for the Community) was founded in 2005 with the aim of helping NPOs provide sustainable and improved social services, based on skills from the business sector and academia. The model is simple: take top students from business schools, offer them hands-on experience, support them with professional consultants and business mentors, and have them provide consulting services to NPOs. Today, NOVA is one of Israel’s leading non-profit organizations with over 500 volunteers nationwide and a track record of 100 projects in leading social organizations including: WIZO, ALUT, Yad–Sarah, Access Israel and others. The students' work is recognized as an accredited course in leading business schools. |
